BEST THINGS TO DO IN JAIPUR

HAWA MAHAL- If you’re in the Pink City you must visit Hawa Mahal also known as the ‘Palace of Winds.’ The architecture of the palace is excellent. The visiting hours are from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm daily. It is located 13 kilometers away from Jaipur Airport.

SHEESH MAHAL- It is one of the best royal palaces of Rajasthan. This palace provides us a glimpse of royal artistry. The beauty and decor are the perfect blend of Islamic and Rajasthani culture. It is situated within the premises of Amber Fort. There are forty pillars and all of them are decorated with thousands of glass pieces. The mahal has got the finest quality of mirrors which enhances its beauty. It is 12 kms away from the Airport and the visiting hours are 10 am to 6 pm.

ELEPHANT RIDE IN AMER FORT- Trust me, this will be the best ride of your life! Riding on an elephant and witnessing the royal palace, sound Royal right? The ride will charge you around INR 900 whereas the entry fee for Indians is INR 25 and for Foreigners it is INR 200. The visiting hours are 10 am to 6 pm.

SHOPPING-  For all the girls, you all can get the most authentic Rajasthani jewellery, bangles and clothes and for boys you all can pick up Rajasthani joothis at Nehru Bazaar and Mojari Bazaar. By Air- The closest airport to the city is Sanganer Airport which is approximately 10 kms aways from the city.

By Road- You can also go via road to the city by taking volvo buses which operate from Delhi, Ajmer, Ahmedabad, Udaipur and Kota.
